🎯 What You'll Do

• Track pending commercial installations to ensure timely scheduling
• Update tracking tools and Salesforce as needed
• Proactively reach out to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
• Partner with TechOps team to ensure timely customer connections

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years sales or customer service experience
• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• 1 year collaborating with cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a CRM database; Salesforce preferred
• Direct sales or related experience with proven results
• Proficient customer service and problem-solving skills
