You'll support compensation and benefits administration for a leading cybersecurity company. You'll lead rewards process automation and conduct salary benchmarking analyses to shape our total rewards strategy. Collaborate with People Operations and Payroll teams to enhance efficiency.

  • Support benefits and compensation administration including invoices and audits.
  • Lead or support projects to automate rewards processes.
  • Identify and propose process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Own routine benefits administration and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in salary surveys and conduct compensation analyses.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in HR, Business, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Ability to handle confidential compensation data with discretion.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset for quantitative analyses.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Comfort using AI/automation tools for analysis.
  • Experience with salary review tools or models.
