💼 About This Role

You'll negotiate pipeline easements as a field-based Right-of-Way Agent in East Texas and Shreveport. You'll independently secure landowner agreements with minimal ramp time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and secure pipeline right-of-way agreements
• Conduct independent landowner negotiations for easement acquisition
• Acquire surface agreements, access agreements, and damage settlements
• Maintain organized documentation and acquisition reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct Right-of-Way experience
• Proven pipeline or infrastructure acquisition history
• Demonstrated independent landowner negotiation experience
• Based in East Texas or Shreveport region
