• Hire, grow, and mentor an engineering team
• Cross-functional project management and resource allocation
• Review and analyze software architecture designs
• Create and own engineering processes for secure, reliable software

📋 Requirements

• 5 years prior software engineering in systems domain
• 3 years prior engineering management experience
• Experience working with remote teams
• Working knowledge of Bitcoin design principles

• Experience maintaining or contributing to open source projects
