๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the engine behind our fastest-growing product, a fully managed meetings service. You'll own the people, process, and operational infrastructure that generates thousands of qualified meetings per month for customers. This is a true GM role shaping how companies convert event interest into pipeline.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Campaign Managers and cold callers
- Define strategy for targeting, sequencing, personalization across email, cold calling, LinkedIn
- Own full campaign lifecycle from launch to QA to performance review across 200+ customers
- Build systems, SOPs, and SLA tracking for predictable execution at scale
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations, process design, cross-functional coordination, and team management
- Proven success building and scaling operating models in high-growth environment
- Strong people manager experience developing frontline execution teams
- Familiarity with B2B cold outreach mechanics and tooling (Apollo, Salesloft, Zapier)
