💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of 20+ Shoppers in a fast-paced fulfillment center for Picnic, ensuring safety and performance. You'll coordinate daily operations across zones, from reception to dispatch, to guarantee orders are ready on time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of 20 Shoppers daily.
• Monitor quality KPIs to ensure orders are complete and on time.
• Coordinate with other Captains to smooth operations and adjust resources.
• Handle human management, including coaching and performance feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a dynamic environment with team management.
• Full-time availability for rotating shifts (morning 3:50 AM to late afternoon 11:30 PM) including Saturdays.
• Fluent French (English is a plus).
• Own vehicle to reach the Fretin warehouse.
