You will lead guest interactions and team coordination at Crypto.com Arena, ensuring a high level of service quality during events. You'll handle administrative duties, supervise staff, and support the Guest Services Management team.

Requirements

  • Experience in guest services or event supervision
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and use incident management systems
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance
  • Ability to work event nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Supervisor Event Packets and create Event Staff Listing
  • Monitor venue communication and ensure service quality in Guest Services Center
  • Document incidents using ISS and generate event Drop Count Reports
  • Answer guest calls/emails/feedback and address escalated inquiries
  • Act as liaison between Team Members and Supervisors, providing coaching
