Description
You will lead guest interactions and team coordination at Crypto.com Arena, ensuring a high level of service quality during events. You'll handle administrative duties, supervise staff, and support the Guest Services Management team.
Requirements
- Experience in guest services or event supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage inventory and use incident management systems
- Knowledge of ADA compliance
- Ability to work event nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare Supervisor Event Packets and create Event Staff Listing
- Monitor venue communication and ensure service quality in Guest Services Center
- Document incidents using ISS and generate event Drop Count Reports
- Answer guest calls/emails/feedback and address escalated inquiries
- Act as liaison between Team Members and Supervisors, providing coaching
