💼 About This Role

You'll join our new team in Quonset, RI, supporting Manufacturing and Production to ensure deployment of reliable products. You'll perform detailed inspections and troubleshoot product issues to meet mission requirements. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge autonomous underwater vehicles in a defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and end of line inspection.
• Support Material review board processes.
• Propose and implement quality assurance policies.
• Support calibration process and internal/external audits.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with calibrated equipment like calipers, micrometers, CMM.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (wire diagrams, CAD).
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar QMS standard.

• Technical or Associates degree in quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering.
• IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification.
• Experience with manufacturing systems (Jira, MES, ERP).
