You'll lead Smallpdf's global organic search strategy, managing a team and partnering with Product and Engineering to ship key initiatives. You'll shape AI search visibility, build an experimentation program, and drive measurable growth in traffic and revenue. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution in a product-led SaaS environment with global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of 3-6 SEO specialists
• Own SEO roadmap aligning with business outcomes and metrics
• Partner with Product and Engineering to execute SEO initiatives
• Design and iterate SEO experiments with rigorous measurement
• Shape content strategy for SEO and AI search opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of SEO experience including technical, on-page, content, and off-page
• 2+ years leading a high-performing SEO team
• Experience adapting SEO for AI-driven discovery (LLMO/AI search optimization)
• Hands-on with core SEO tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs

• Experience in product-led SaaS (2+ years)
• Experience in international and programmatic SEO
