Description

You will manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and display, optimizing for performance. You'll also handle client relationships, create media plans, produce reports, and support the training of junior team members.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on in-platform experience, ideally across a minimum of 2 of the following digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search and/or paid social.
  • Proven passion for digital media/advertising technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships.
  • Experience in client and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Social, Display) and platforms, optimizing tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performance.
  • Create media plans which demonstrate knowledge of client accounts and provide new testing ideas for further opportunities.
  • Own campaign execution QA within the buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Optimize campaign performance against forecasts, driving results for continued improvement and providing new ideas and solutions.
  • Train and coach Digital Marketing Analysts to develop and grow within the team.
