Requirements

• **3-5 years** of inspection/metrology experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of **blueprint reading** and inspection practices
• Experience with **calibration/gage control** systems
• Proficient with **MS Office** and manufacturing systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and assign work for inspection activities
• Lead, train, and evaluate inspectors and metrology technicians
• Ensure inspection results and product status are accurate and traceable
• Oversee control of nonconforming material and MRB process
