Requirements
- 8+ years account management in digital advertising or marketing agencies.
- Track record handling high-value, high-volume interdisciplinary work.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale multi-channel campaigns (social, influence, video).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent budget literacy and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for financial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational portfolio of accounts; manage expectations, milestones, and business reviews.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell; develop proposals and commercial models.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Data, Tech) for integrated campaign delivery.
- Oversee project scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability; monitor financial performance.
- Ensure high-quality client communication, risk management, and issue resolution.
