You'll lead product analytics and decision science for a fast-growing social event platform, driving insights that shape the product roadmap. Your work will directly impact user growth, engagement, and business strategy in a highly collaborative hybrid team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
• Design and analyze A/B tests to guide product decisions
• Own data dictionary and support data literacy across teams
• Maintain Amplitude taxonomy and improve data infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data science or related role
• 2 years of experience in a high growth startup
• Fluency in SQL and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Consumer product experience
• Familiarity with Amplitude, DBT, and Hex
• Javascript skills
