🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair building system issues
• Manage subcontractor selection and repair projects

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• EPA Universal Certification
• 3+ years as Maintenance Engineer or related field
• 3+ years subcontractor management experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Building Automation Systems
• Experience with CMMS software
• Skill in reading blueprints and schematics
