You'll build and scale Synthesia's GSI motion with top-tier firms like Deloitte, Accenture, and Capgemini, driving partner-sourced pipeline. Your core impact will be embedding Synthesia Skills into their sales transformation practices. This role is at the center of Synthesia's go-to-market strategy, working with executives and practice leads to secure strategic agreements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Land and grow strategic agreements with top-tier GSIs
- Build executive relationships with Practice Leads and Alliance MDs
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and own quarterly bookings
- Develop joint GTM playbooks and partner enablement content
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of GSI partner management experience in B2B SaaS
- Active relationships with Partners/MDs at at least two major GSIs
- Track record of building partner-sourced pipeline that materially contributed to revenue
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Sales Transformation or HR Transformation practices
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
- Knowledge of the Skills or learning technology landscape
