You'll build and scale Synthesia's GSI motion with top-tier firms like Deloitte, Accenture, and Capgemini, driving partner-sourced pipeline. Your core impact will be embedding Synthesia Skills into their sales transformation practices. This role is at the center of Synthesia's go-to-market strategy, working with executives and practice leads to secure strategic agreements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Land and grow strategic agreements with top-tier GSIs
  • Build executive relationships with Practice Leads and Alliance MDs
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and own quarterly bookings
  • Develop joint GTM playbooks and partner enablement content

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of GSI partner management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Active relationships with Partners/MDs at at least two major GSIs
  • Track record of building partner-sourced pipeline that materially contributed to revenue

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sales Transformation or HR Transformation practices
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
  • Knowledge of the Skills or learning technology landscape
