You'll manage a portfolio of large hospital systems and Academic Medical Centers, driving adoption, retention, and growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture executive-level customer relationships
• Lead onboarding and drive product adoption for strategic accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
• Conduct regular business reviews tracking health metrics and value

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
• SaaS experience preferred
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and IT stakeholders
