You'll build the foundation of Assembled's platform, powering products that orchestrate AI and human support agents. Your work will directly impact scalability, reliability, and efficiency for enterprise customers like Canva and Etsy. You'll tackle foundational problems across infrastructure, data platforms, and integrations in a high-growth startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evolve container orchestration and observability systems
• Build platform and connectors for customer data ingestion
• Develop data foundations for metrics and analytics
• Support both real-time operational and analytical workloads

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure
• Experience with AWS cloud provider
• Proficiency in Go and Python languages
• Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Experience building integrations with CRMs or ticketing systems
• Worked with event-driven architectures
