🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives
• Develop local networks to uncover new sales opportunities
• Monitor DSR performance and provide hands-on coaching
• Manage DSR inventory and submit weekly activity reports

📋 Requirements

• Proven sales track record in retail, fibre, insurance, or field-based environment
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of agents
• Ability to build local networks and develop sales opportunities independently
• Strong skills in team coaching, inventory management, and reporting
