You'll build the core systems that drive Ash, an AI for mental health, making it feel personal and human. Reporting to Engineering Manager, you'll own features from idea to production, shipping quickly in a high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build memory, notification, and personalization systems for Ash
• Work across Python, Kotlin, Dart/Flutter, Next.js/TypeScript
• Collaborate with ML Lead, designer, and product team
• Own full product lifecycle from idea to production

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack experience
• Live in London, UK and work from office
• Strong backend foundation with Python and Kotlin
• Comfort within ML codebases

• Experience with frontend (React, TypeScript) and mobile (Flutter)
• Startup or high-growth environment background
