You will work as a freelance AI trainer, helping to refine large language models by conversing with them in Haitian Creole, verifying linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, and documenting errors to improve AI understanding of phonetic, grammatical, and cultural nuances.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Haitian Creole, Literature, or related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Native or near-native proficiency in Haitian Creole
• Secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models in Haitian Creole across a wide range of topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Challenge models on colloquial expressions, contextual interpretation, and tone adaptation
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
