You'll build and operate high-voltage test infrastructure to characterize insulation systems for medium-voltage power electronics. Your work will directly impact the reliability validation loop for grid-tied hardware. This role offers hands-on exposure to equipment and methodologies rarely covered in EE programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build medium-voltage test benches with safety interlocks.
• Execute dielectric strength and partial discharge tests.
• Track degradation trends and produce failure mode documentation.
• Maintain test fixtures and calibration records to production standards.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• Coursework in electromagnetics, dielectrics, or high-voltage engineering.
• Strong debugging instincts and ability to isolate failure modes.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious for MV lab work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to partial discharge theory or high-voltage lab techniques.
• Familiarity with IEC or IEEE dielectric testing standards.
• Experience with data analysis in Python or MATLAB.
