💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead Blue Energy's enterprise-wide Document Control and Records Management program from the ground up, ensuring compliance with NRC regulations and ASME NQA-1 standards. Your work will directly enable efficient project execution for nuclear development projects, supporting the company's mission to deploy new nuclear MWs at scale. This role offers the opportunity to build a best-in-class program in the nuclear energy industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish enterprise-wide DCRM program complying with NRC, ASME NQA-1, NIRMA.
  • Define document governance, lifecycles, retention, security, and audit readiness.
  • Lead selection and configuration of EDMS (e.g., SharePoint) with metadata and version control.
  • Develop procedures for document creation, review, approval, release, and archiving.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Document Control and Records Management with leadership.
  • Experience building a DCRM program in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Supporting large-scale infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.
  • Proven ability to train users on EDMS tools and document control processes.

  • Experience in nuclear development projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Management.
  • 5+ years in the nuclear energy industry.
