💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic oversight of a data portfolio spanning 6 teams, bridging between delivery teams and PepsiCo executives. You'll drive portfolio visibility through executive reporting and agile governance across the account. This role offers the chance to shape data strategy for a global leader in CPG.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain executive-level materials for PepsiCo leadership
• Ensure data teams follow agile methodologies in Azure DevOps
• Guide Data Product Managers on prioritization by business value
• Act as primary bridge between delivery teams and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English communication (C1 or above)
• Proven experience in Data Product Management or Data Management roles
• Strong portfolio management mindset with big-picture view
• Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)

• Experience in large CPG or FMCG companies
• Familiarity with data architecture concepts (ETL, dashboards, ML pipelines)
• Experience managing multi-vendor data engagements
