💼 About This Role

You'll join a structured 18-week training program to learn roofing sales and customer service. You'll assist in generating sales and provide top-level service. This program is for enlisted military personnel transitioning to a civilian career with on-the-job training and career growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in training programs on roofing systems and sales techniques.
• Meet with potential clients to assess needs and present solutions.
• Conduct inspections of roofing systems and document details.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

📋 Requirements

• 180 days or fewer remaining on active duty at program start.
• Pay grade E4 or above.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders to access roofs.
