You'll work alongside our first marketing operations hire to own the execution layer: the systems, data flows, email engine, and reporting infrastructure. You'll build scalable dashboards in Bizible and Salesforce and launch a structured email nurture engine across core audiences. This is a role for someone who gets genuinely excited about a clean Marketo instance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Review and prioritize incoming marketing ops requests
- Build and improve email nurture programs and tracking
- Oversee integrations across Marketo, Salesforce, Splash, Slack
- Build reporting dashboards in Bizible and Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- Marketing operations experience with Marketo
- Experience with Bizible or similar attribution platform
- Experience building email nurture engines and workflows
- Ability to manage data flows between marketing and sales systems

- Experience with Salesforce administration
- Familiarity with partner-led marketing tracking
