Description

You will lead creative storytelling and content innovation for Seattle Sounders FC, conceptualizing and delivering compelling video content aligned with the club's brand. You'll cover matchdays and events, create platform-specific social media content, and collaborate across departments to drive fan engagement and audience growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video production in professional sports, collegiate athletics, entertainment, or similar fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Photoshop preferred)
• Proven ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
• Expertise with professional camera equipment (Sony preferred) and advanced post-production techniques
• Experience creating video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Bluesky, and Facebook

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, produce, and deliver impactful video content aligned with club vision and audience trends
• Lead matchday and event coverage, capturing dynamic behind-the-scenes and in-game content
• Develop platform-specific video content for social channels to drive engagement and audience growth
• Collaborate with marketing, sponsorship, communications, and fan development teams on storytelling initiatives
• Shape how content is adapted across platforms while maintaining cohesive brand identity
