💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic legal advice for new product and feature development, managing regulatory complexities and commercial/consumer law matters. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Satispay's goals. This role offers the chance to shape innovative financial products in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic product counsel throughout product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Analyze legal issues and ensure alignment with regulatory and consumer law requirements
• Advise on financial, consumer protection, and commercial legal issues for B2C and B2B expansion
• Partner with business teams to develop innovative legal solutions balancing business needs and risk

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years experience in tech, fintech, or insurance industry
• Experience with payment schemes, wallet architectures, and European regulatory complexities
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong background in technology and consumer-facing product counseling

• Previous in-house experience within a tech or fintech legal department
• Experience with cross-border product launches in Europe
