You'll own and shape FloQast's go-to-market in the high-priority ANZ region. You'll lead a team of Account Executives and Managers to drive new logo growth and expand footprint across Australia and New Zealand. You'll have full revenue accountability reporting directly to the Managing Director.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Own new logo and expansion revenue targets with consistent attainment
  • Engage in key deals alongside AEs from discovery to close
  • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts and drive pipeline management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with strong quota attainment
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying AEs
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO or accounting technology
  • Strong command of Salesforce and sales analytics

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial close management or FinTech
  • Hands-on accounting background or CA qualification
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS business
