💼 About This Role

You'll develop and deliver risk control programs in English and Spanish for Newfront clients, focusing on Workers' Compensation and fleet management. You'll partner with account teams to reduce total cost of risk through on-site assessments and training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver safety training programs in English and Spanish
• Support client risk control assessments and improvement plans
• Partner with account teams on renewal strategy and service planning
• Assist in sales through webinars, presentations, and industry events

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
• 3+ years in risk control, occupational health and safety, or related
• Experience supporting agricultural or construction industry clients
• Valid CA driver's license and vehicle for client travel

✨ Nice to Have

• ASP, ARM, OHST or other relevant certifications
• Degree in engineering, occupational safety, or environmental health
• Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
