🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help identify team blockers and escalate to appropriate leaders.
• Use Jira to manage backlog, update sprint progress, and prepare dashboards.
• Coordinate Agile events and maintain alignment within SAFe environment.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Experience using Jira to track teamwork and delivery
• US Citizenship and Top Secret Clearance required

• Exposure to Kanban or SAFe frameworks
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with team metrics like burndown charts
