You'll bridge Harness's technical product suite with GTM execution, owning the full arc of seller development from live training to reinforcement programs. You'll build coaching programs and a "best of" library while influencing without direct authority. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth company's enablement strategy from scratch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead live training sessions and new hire bootcamps.
- Design post-ramp continuous development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and build targeted coaching programs.
- Build and maintain a "best of" library of winning behaviors.
๐ Requirements
- High EQ and organizational savvy.
- Command presence in live facilitation.
- Curriculum design instinct for skill reinforcement.
- Quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS as AE or SE.

- Previous enablement, training, or L&D role.
- Experience selling in DevOps or cloud-native.
- Familiarity with technical buyer profiles.
