You'll lead data-driven business transformation for strategic public sector customers by defining long-term vision and mobilizing Celonis cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact. You'll be the accountable lead for customer success, acting as trusted advisor to C-Level executives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Drive the end-to-end customer value journey and adoption
- Lead customer advisory boards and drive advocacy
- Resolve escalations and orchestrate internal teams effectively
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in customer success or strategy consulting
- Public Sector experience
- Experience driving large-scale transformation programs
- Change management expertise
