Description

You will lead and mentor a team of product designers while also contributing hands-on design work for the Funnel Monetization area. Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, you'll shape strategy, define roadmaps, and create intuitive, measurably effective experiences that drive growth.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior experience managing designers, with proven ability to give constructive feedback and develop team members
• Strong and current design craft, with shipped features demonstrating strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Energized by balancing team leadership and hands-on design work
• Comfortable collaborating closely with PMs, engineering, designers, and other functions
• Proactive self-starter who champions ideas and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 1-3 product designers, providing clear ownership, direct feedback, and growth support
• Shape strategy with cross-functional partners (PM, engineering, data, marketing) to define roadmaps and success metrics
• Own design-led exploration using early concepts, AI prototyping, and jams to define problem and solution spaces
• Contribute as an individual designer, owning end-to-end design for significant projects from problem framing to final details
• Manage resourcing for your area, scoping work to match capacity and protecting the team from overload
