🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive strategic execution of product and pricing initiatives across multiple states and lines of business.
• Translate pricing and product concepts into filing-ready documentation and prepare SERFF filings.
• Develop scalable systems and frameworks that improve product performance and regulatory execution.
• Act as a strategic advisor on personal lines product strategy across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Personal Lines Product Management (auto and homeowners).
• Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, underwriting frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems that improve product operations.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
