Description

As a Team Lead at Logiwa, you will provide technical leadership for complex, high-impact, cross-functional projects. You'll lead a team of engineers, oversee system development from design to deployment, and ensure alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in backend development with distributed systems
• Expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and design patterns
• Expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and REST API design
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), CI/CD, and containerization

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for engineering projects
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale, complex software systems
• Implement best practices in agile methodologies and oversee SDLC
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct rigorous code and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
