You'll serve as the operational backbone of Product Management, ensuring product decisions are translated into accurate, controlled outputs. You'll own the regulatory filing delivery and QA governance, driving execution across Oscar's insurance product lifecycle. This role acts as the hub between Product Managers, downstream teams, and vendors to align product intent with operational execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the QA execution framework and continuous validation for product execution
• Establish quality thresholds, escalation criteria, and remediation workflows
• Ensure testing reflects approved product designs, versions, and regulatory requirements
• Lead production and publication readiness, enforcing system freeze windows

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in insurance product execution and regulatory filings
• 3+ years experience managing people
• 5+ years hands-on with health insurance regulatory filing processes (ACA)
• 4+ years leading complex QA and production workflows
