Description

You will serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing support, and seamless integration of AfterShip's post-purchase automation platform. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, manage migrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing automation
  • Experience working with clients, product, ops, and engineering teams
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and automation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; French fluency is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical setup and configuration for enterprise customers
  • Provide ongoing technical support and manage migration processes
  • Act as primary technical contact for enterprise clients, handling escalated issues
  • Handle technical queries including API-related requests and track resolution progress
  • Partner with Customer Success teams and communicate platform updates to clients
