You'll define and own the product strategy for cross-border payment services at a leading crypto platform. You'll lead end-to-end lifecycle management from research to launch across key corridors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payments.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from research to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations for scalable products.
• Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management in fintech, payments, or banking.
• At least 2 years focused on cross-border or international money movement.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, and compliance (AML/KYC).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Brazil or emerging markets.
• Familiarity with blockchain or crypto-based payment rails.
• Working knowledge of real-time payment systems.
