Description

You will manage construction projects from bid through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, tracking permits, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role is based in Tempe, AZ and requires up to 50% travel.

Requirements

• 2+ years project management or real estate construction experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
• Willing to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead construction process including permits, bid/contractor selection, and GC contract negotiations
• Build and update cost reports, schedules, and requirements regularly
• Work with internal Design and Engineering teams to finalize designs
• Identify construction issues prior to AHJ submission
• Communicate with corporate leadership on schedules, methods, permits, safety, quality control
