You'll provide excellent customer service at live events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests in the venue, assisting with directions, seating, and resolving issues.

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for entry
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Assist ADA patrons and enforce venue policies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
