Description

You will design, build, and operate shared cloud and networking platforms that support SeatGeek's service-oriented architecture, improving reliability, observability, and scalability through automation and standards. You'll also participate in on-call rotation and incident response.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to cloud and infrastructure platforms for other engineers
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform for production workloads
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized workloads
• Experience with service networking tools like Cilium, Envoy, Kong, or Fastly
• Ability to write automation in Go, Python, or Bash

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate shared cloud and networking platforms
• Improve reliability, observability, security, and scalability through automation and standards
• Engineer resilient and observable networking infrastructure across regions and environments
• Build and maintain golden paths for compute, networking, and infrastructure
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
