Description

As a Team Leader in R&D, you will lead an autonomous team of software engineers, collaborating closely with Product, Design, DevOps, and other R&D teams. You will be responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production deployment, while focusing on developing your team members.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years server-side development experience (C#, REST APIs, async communication with Queues/Streams)
• 3+ years experience with advanced SQL (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• 2+ years managerial experience
• Broad knowledge of OOP and design patterns

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams
• Lead an autonomous team of software engineers working with product management to achieve business goals
• Focus on developing the team
• Provide technical authority through hands-on leadership
• Be responsible for overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production environment deployment
