  • Manage and mentor a team of TAMs/TEMs
  • Assist recruiting to hire top talent in your region
  • Oversee onboarding and development of new and existing TAMs
  • Conduct technical training sessions for largest customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in presales, postsales, or customer-facing role
  • People management or mentorship experience
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and monitoring solutions
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced organization

  • Computer Science or Engineering degree
  • Process implementation experience in a scaling company
