- Manage and mentor a team of TAMs/TEMs
- Assist recruiting to hire top talent in your region
- Oversee onboarding and development of new and existing TAMs
- Conduct technical training sessions for largest customers
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in presales, postsales, or customer-facing role
- People management or mentorship experience
- Knowledge of infrastructure and monitoring solutions
- Experience in startup or fast-paced organization

- Computer Science or Engineering degree
- Process implementation experience in a scaling company
