You will bring our brand vision to life through compelling in-store visual merchandising, ensuring product presentation aligns with corporate guidelines to drive traffic and maximize sales. You'll support weekly go-lives, maintain store standards, and prioritize customer experience.

Requirements

• Follow Reformation's visual merchandising guidelines
• Work Mondays, Wednesdays/Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends
• Prioritize customer service over tasks
• Share feedback and insights with VM Manager
• Contribute to positive team morale

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product presentation including dressing room outfits and mannequin dressing following corporate guidelines
• Complete weekly go-lives in an organized and timely manner
• Oversee VM recovery efforts including swapping low lines and moving slow sellers
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms
