💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of product managers and define the roadmap for Tipalti's Payments domain, working closely with engineering and executive stakeholders. You'll drive key deliverables that impact the company's growth in the global payments space. This role offers the chance to shape product strategy at a fast-paced, high-growth fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspire, lead, and develop a team of 3 product managers
• Define and develop a product roadmap for the Payments domain
• Track execution and manage sprint scoping
• Engage with executive stakeholders to identify needs and map to roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years as a product manager for a web-based SaaS B2B product
• 3+ years of direct management of product managers
• Proven leadership capabilities and mentorship skills
• Experience from a startup company
