🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a field-based MSL team supporting pharmaceutical and vision care portfolios
• Develop and execute regional KOL mapping strategies and scientific engagement plans
• Oversee investigator-initiated research, clinical studies, and data generation activities
• Drive medical insights generation through structured customer and stakeholder engagement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific/clinical degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or pharma/biotech
• 6+ years leadership managing scientific or field-based teams
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
