You'll lead a field-based medical team in a global ophthalmology-focused organization, driving scientific engagement and medical strategy across a broad pharmaceutical portfolio. You'll shape KOL mapping and evidence generation to bridge clinical science and commercial goals. This role offers high visibility across regional and global medical affairs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a field-based MSL team supporting pharmaceutical and vision care portfolios
- Develop and execute regional KOL mapping strategies and scientific engagement plans
- Oversee investigator-initiated research, clinical studies, and data generation activities
- Drive medical insights generation through structured customer and stakeholder engagement
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific/clinical degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or pharma/biotech
- 6+ years leadership managing scientific or field-based teams
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
