You'll oversee early childhood special education programs across Lansing School District, ensuring compliance with IDEA and MARSE. Your work will support transitions from Early On to preschool services and improve program quality. You'll collaborate with families, ISDs, and community partners to ensure continuity of services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee early childhood special education programs and preschool services
• Ensure compliance with IDEA Part B and MARSE timelines and eligibility
• Coordinate transitions from Early On to preschool special education
• Manage and evaluate the Early Childhood Assessment Center

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Valid Michigan School Administrator Certificate or eligibility
• Experience in early childhood special education and knowledge of MARSE
• Approval in Special Education preferred

• Doctorate in educational leadership or related field
• Experience with Michigan Student Data System (MSDS)
