Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Finance or related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
• MBA strongly preferred
• Experience supporting R&D, Engineering, or Product Development in manufacturing
• Knowledge of FP&A software (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and budgeting for assigned teams
• Refine data systems and tools to track performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives
• Create and monitor KPIs against financial objectives
• Deploy data visualization dashboards via BI tools
