You'll be the front line of IT operations at Shift5, delivering hands-on technical support and datacenter maintenance for a defense-tech company. Your work ensures fleet cybersecurity and operational readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Execute user lifecycle tasks including hardware imaging and access management.
• Assist with physical maintenance of on-premises network and datacenter hardware.
• Maintain knowledge base and update ticketing logs for documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Windows/macOS environment proficiency.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• On-site in Rosslyn, VA (100% on-site).

✨ Nice to Have

• Secret clearance eligibility.
• Scripting skills in Bash/Python/PowerShell.
• Experience with O365/Google Workspace.
