You'll lead a team of application security engineers at Roblox, improving security across our products and development ecosystem. You'll drive initiatives embedded in the software lifecycle, partnering with engineering teams to identify risks and build scalable solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of Application Security engineers
• Drive security initiatives across the software development lifecycle
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and reduce risks
• Establish and improve security practices and secure design
• Build and scale security solutions through automation and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers
• Strong background in Application Security or Product Security
• Experience driving security programs across the SDLC

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in cloud, microservices, or CI/CD environments
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
